Services

About our services

What services does Bali provide?

We operate three integrated divisions under one roof since 2005: Maintenance & Networks, Software & Applications, and Construction. That integration lets you deliver a complete technical project through a single accountable partner.

Can you deliver the software and the network or hardware together?

Yes — and it’s what sets us apart. We can build the system and supply and install the networks, surveillance, and infrastructure it needs within a single project and a single point of accountability, instead of splitting the work across several vendors and managing the coordination yourself.

Will your software work with our existing systems and devices?

Yes. We design our systems to integrate with what you already run through standard APIs, and we account for your current devices and infrastructure in the design. Where needed, we assess your existing setup before we start to ensure a smooth connection.

Do you build custom software, or sell off-the-shelf products?

We build custom systems around how you actually operate. We also have ready modules to build on and speed up delivery — accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, and HR — which we tailor to your needs, rather than making you reshape your work to fit them.

Who do you work with?

We serve government entities and large enterprises as well as small and medium businesses across the Kingdom. Throughout, we hold to the highest standards of quality and compliance recognized by major organizations.

Are your systems and software produced locally?

Yes. All our programs, systems, and websites are produced locally inside Saudi Arabia, built entirely by us with no external agents — so the same team that built your system handles its follow-up and future development.

Do your systems support both Arabic and English?

Yes. The websites we build work in both Arabic and English, and software interfaces run in one language or both as set out in the quotation — serving your team and your partners alike.

Projects

Project delivery

How do you run a project from start to delivery?

We begin with a discovery workshop to understand your needs and scope, then set a clear plan of phases, deliverables, and timeline. We deliver in stages with review and sign-off points with you, close with testing, handover, and training, then continue with support and ongoing improvement.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the scope and complexity. Most software projects start with a working first version in 8 to 16 weeks that we grow incrementally, while network and construction timelines are set after a site survey. We commit to an agreed schedule from the outset.

Can we see your previous work?

Yes. Our Project Archive page holds a field record of work we’ve delivered in cabling, fiber optics, surveillance, server rooms, and office fit-outs. We’re also glad to share examples closer to your own sector when you get in touch.

Do you execute projects on-site across the Kingdom?

Yes — we have a field presence in Dammam, Khobar, Riyadh, and Jeddah, and carry out on-site work at our clients’ locations, while also delivering software projects remotely for clients across the Kingdom.

Who will be our point of contact during the project?

We assign every project a lead who is your primary point of contact — tracking progress, keeping you updated, and addressing your feedback promptly through to delivery.

Can we start small and expand later?

Yes — and it’s often what we recommend. We start with a core module or phase that delivers quick impact, then add the rest gradually around your priorities; any extension is priced and approved with you before it goes ahead.

How do you manage safety on field work sites?

We apply each site’s occupational health and safety procedures exactly as issued: work permits before any activity, full personal protective equipment, and safety briefings for our field team — to the requirements of the most demanding industrial facilities.

Warranty

Warranty & post-delivery

Do you provide a warranty on delivered work?

Yes. We warrant everything we deliver as agreed in the contract. The warranty covers fixing any defect within the agreed scope of work during the warranty period at no additional cost.

What does the software warranty cover?

The software warranty covers fixing faults and bugs within the delivered scope during the warranty period. Adding new features or functions outside the original scope is treated as additional development, agreed under a support contract or a follow-on project.

What about warranty on networks and equipment?

Devices and components carry their manufacturers’ warranty, to which we add a workmanship warranty on the quality of installation. We set out the duration and terms of each warranty in the contract before we start.

What happens after the warranty period ends?

We offer annual support and maintenance contracts that keep your systems and networks running reliably — covering periodic check-ups, technical support, and fault resolution to the agreed service level.

What annual software maintenance plans are available?

We offer annual maintenance contracts in three plans — Basic, Advanced, and Premium — differing in coverage and service level. We help you pick the plan that fits your usage, with the exact terms set out in the contract.

Do we receive test documentation when network work is handed over?

Yes. We hand over a documented test-and-certification report for every link on cabling projects, measured with certified equipment — and you can review a sample on our Forms & Documents page before signing anything.

Payment

Payment & contracting

How is project cost determined?

We price after understanding your scope precisely, and provide a quote with a clear scope, deliverables, timeline, and price — no later surprises. Any work beyond the agreed scope is priced and approved with you before it’s carried out.

How does payment work?

Payment is usually tied to project phases and their deliverables — an initial payment on contract, then milestone payments as each approved phase is completed. We agree the payment schedule in the contract to suit the nature of the project.

Do you sign formal contracts and issue tax invoices?

Yes. We work under a formal contract setting out the scope and obligations of both parties, and issue compliant VAT invoices as a registered Saudi establishment operating under the Kingdom’s regulations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer as agreed in the contract. We’re glad to discuss the details and financial arrangements when preparing your quote.

Is your software a perpetual license or a monthly subscription?

Systems we sell entitle you to legitimate use with no time limit — unlike monthly rental models — so you get a permanent copy and full visibility of cost, with no monthly or annual fees, subject to the warranty and authorized-use terms in our published policies.

Does the quote include migrating our data from existing systems?

Quotations don’t include migrating data from your current systems; it can be requested as a separate quotation whose scope we define with you — and our systems support importing the chart of accounts and other data directly from Excel.

Support

Technical support

How do we request technical support?

You can request support by support email or phone during business hours, or through the contact form on the site. We’re also working to make a client portal available soon for submitting and tracking service requests and support tickets online.

What are your support hours and response times?

We provide support during official business hours, with response time and service level set by the agreed support contract. Clients on maintenance contracts get priority response.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support contracts?

Yes. We offer annual maintenance and support contracts for software as well as networks and systems — and they can be combined into a single contract covering your entire technical environment through one accountable partner.

Do you support systems or networks you didn’t build?

Yes. After a technical assessment of the existing setup to understand its components and condition, we provide a support and maintenance proposal that fits it. Our aim is to be your technical partner even if you inherited the system from someone else.

Who is responsible for backing up system data?

Backing up data files is the client’s responsibility under our published policies, and we commit to fully training your team on backup methods — while backups can be brought into scope under a managed-hosting contract where agreed.

Do maintenance contracts include scheduled on-site visits?

Yes. The annual maintenance contract sets the number of scheduled visits and the response level for urgent calls. We cover the whole Eastern Province, and serve other locations in the Kingdom depending on contract scope and prior agreement.
